The finished journal in this class is A6 (4.5 x 6" approx) and 96 page (front and back) and does not have a cover. The signatures are stitched together using the French link structure which allows your signatures to be exposed. This is amazing for creating decorative covers for each signature which can be patterned papers, upcycled maps, wrapping paper, junk journal pages, hand painted papers, block printed pages etc.

Suitable for beginners, this class walks you through the process of preparing your materials, and stitching your journal together. I will also show you how to add personal, unique elements to the journal as you make it.

You will learn the skills to create additional journals, in any size, that you can make over and over again. These journals are wonderful for writing, sketching and art journaling with watercolour and other materials. They are perfect to give as a handmade gift.
